We’re Hiring: HR Officer – Dubai (On-Site)
DEIZ GARAGE builds some of the fastest Mercedes, BMW & Porsche projects in the UAE & GCC. We specialize in Stage 1/2/3 performance tuning, premium detailing, wrapping, paintwork, and carbon parts builds.
What You’ll Do:
- Full-cycle recruitment & onboarding
- Proactive sourcing & headhunting (including competitor targeting)
- Build HR processes, training programs & knowledge base
- Design KPI & incentive systems (Sales priority #1)
- Ensure SOP compliance & performance tracking
We’re Looking For:
- Strong recruitment background (service/production/operational teams preferred)
- Experience building HR systems from scratch
- Structured, fast, independent, strong communicator
Location: Dubai – On-site (Showroom)
