Receptionist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while maintaining efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
· Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
· Maintain a clean and organised reception area
· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office communication
· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
· 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
