Description:
Basmat Ghayathi Medical Center is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth, professional, and efficient administrative operations while delivering a high-quality patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations.
• Operate the Shaade EMR system for patient records and administrative workflows.
• Handle patient inquiries, insurance verification, and billing coordination.
• Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, and management.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming environment at the front desk.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Healthcare Administration.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a healthcare reception or medical administration role.
• Technical: Prior experience with Shaade EMR is strongly preferred.
• Languages: Excellent English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Attributes: Professional presentation and a patient-first service attitude.
