A well-established construction company in Dubai is urgently seeking an experienced Civil Senior Planning Engineer to join its project team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong planning expertise and proven experience within UAE-based construction companies. The selected candidate will play a key role in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within agreed timelines. The role requires strong analytical skills, coordination abilities, and in-depth knowledge of construction project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project schedules and planning strategies aligned with construction timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and milestones.
• Prepare planning reports, progress updates, and performance analysis for management review.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track deliverables and resolve delays.
• Analyze project risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule performance.
• Support resource planning and allocation to ensure project efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation related to project planning and scheduling activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience working with construction companies in the UAE.
• Strong background in project planning and scheduling within civil construction projects.
• Previous UAE construction industry experience is essential.
• Candidates must currently be located inside the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
