Hiring: Admin & HR Officer – JAFZA Experience Required

We are currently hiring a professional Admin & HR Officer to join our team in Dubai (JAFZA area).

The ideal candidate must meet the following key requirements:

* Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Administration & HR

* Proven Experience Working with JAFZA Portal (Mandatory)

* Immediately Available to Join

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, medical & Emirates ID procedures
  • Handling JAFZA portal transactions and company documentation
  • Managing employee records and HR documentation
  • Preparing official letters, contracts, and internal communications
  • Coordinating with government authorities and free zone departments
  • Payroll coordination and leave management
  • Maintaining compliance with UAE Labour Law
  • General administrative and office management duties

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
