We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing operations and supplier management within the heavy equipment and spare parts sector. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to drive cost efficiencies while maintaining high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will lead procurement planning, vendor negotiations, and supply chain optimization initiatives across operations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization operating within the UAE’s growing industrial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for heavy machinery, spare parts, and related equipment.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure competitive pricing agreements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or operational efficiency.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience within the heavy machinery or spare parts industry.
• Strong technical understanding of machinery components, transport tools, and lifting accessories.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost reductions.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on operational excellence and performance improvement.
