Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
•     Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fields (depending on role).
•     Possess relevant professional certifications such as actuarial exams, ACII, or equivalent (an added advantage).
•     Have prior experience in actuarial product development, product governance, client relationship management, or general insurance claims.
•     Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
•     Be familiar with insurance products, regulatory frameworks, and risk assessment.
•     Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Old Mutual’s values of Respect, Integrity, Accountability, and Pushing Beyond Boundaries.
