Job Summary

The Operational Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily business operations by preparing performance reports, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth execution of client-related activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and maintain daily and weekly operational reports.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.

Analyze business data to identify gaps, delays, and improvement opportunities.

Present summarized insights to management when required.

2. Cross-Department Coordination

Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, CSR, and Project teams to ensure alignment of activities.

Monitor workflow between departments to avoid bottlenecks.

Facilitate smooth communication to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Follow up on pending actions and ensure deadlines are met.

3. Client Work Execution & Process Efficiency

Monitor client-related projects to ensure faster and smoother delivery.

Identify operational challenges and propose practical solutions.

Ensure service quality standards are maintained.

Support in streamlining processes for better efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or MBA in Business/Operations/Management.

1–2 years of relevant experience in operations coordination, business support, or similar role.

Strong business analytics and data interpretation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
