Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
• Hold a relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Development, or related fields (depending on role).
• Be duly licensed by the appropriate regulatory bodies (e.g., KMLTTB, PPB).
• Have experience working in outpatient healthcare settings, laboratories, or pharmaceutical services.
• Demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and patient‑care skills.
• Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and customer‑service abilities.
• Business Development applicants should have proven experience in healthcare business growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
• Mobile Laboratory Technologists should be flexible and able to work across multiple clinic locations.
