Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
• Hold a recent Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Community Development, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Have strong interest in entrepreneurship development, SME support, and community‑based economic empowerment.
• Demonstrate good communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Be willing to work in refugee‑hosting areas such as Dadaab, Kakuma, and Lodwar.
• Show professionalism, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast‑growing organization.
• Possess basic computer skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
