This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in handling insurance claims within the UAE market and are comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims from initial notification through final settlement, coordinating with insurers, surveyors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate claim processing. The role requires strong organizational abilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling end-to-end insurance claims in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Liaising with insurance companies, loss adjusters, and clients to resolve claims efficiently
• Reviewing claim documents, reports, and policy coverage details
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing claim-related reports
• Providing professional support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process
