Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Business, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or a related field (depending on role).
• Have relevant experience in business coaching, community engagement, program coordination, or livelihood support.
• Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, and mentorship skills.
• Possess good analytical abilities and understanding of micro‑enterprise development.
• Be willing to work in field locations such as Marsabit, Dadaab, or Kakuma.
• Show cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and ability to work with vulnerable communities.
• Have strong organizational skills and proficiency in digital reporting tools.
