Description:
Kinetics Group is hiring a technically skilled Acoustic Engineer to support the design, analysis, and execution of noise and vibration control solutions across a variety of projects. This role focuses on HVAC systems, generators, and building interior acoustics, making it ideal for engineers with practical experience in mechanical and building acoustics who enjoy working on performance-based and regulation-compliant projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing detailed acoustic calculations and developing effective noise mitigation and control solutions.
• Carrying out on-site acoustic measurements, performance testing, verification activities, and recommending corrective actions.
• Preparing professional acoustic reports, including technical calculations, analysis results, and compliance statements.
• Coordinating closely with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Supporting project execution by ensuring acoustic designs meet international and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in building acoustics or mechanical acoustics.
• Proficiency in acoustic modeling and analysis software such as INSUL, CADNAA, CATT-Acoustic, and ODEON.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, CIBSE, ASHRAE standards, and UAE regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and professional technical reports.
