Job Description
- To drive revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability across assigned channels by leading the sales team, managing key accounts, executing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring strong sell-in and sell-out performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate trade terms.
- Lead and coach Sales Executives and Merchandisers.
- Execute product launches and promotions.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Enforce credit and collections discipline.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in electronics or consumer durables.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
