Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and managing social media marketing campaigns and email marketing campaigns to aid in promoting products or services using MailChimp.
- Developing and promoting relevant content topics through social media advertising to attract and engage with the company’s target customers.
- Managing e-communications through responding to social media inquiries while cultivating sales leads and building strong relationships with customers.
- Writing accurate marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.
- Creating or maintaining a database of emails for generating sales leads.
- Conducting market research/competitor analysis to identify industry best practices and target audiences for different products/services, thus ensuring campaign success.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field.
- At least one year of experience in digital marketing, with specialisation in email and social media marketing.
- Excellent writing and editing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in design is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Passion for technology with a willingness to learn new and emerging trends and technologies.
