Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or related field.
• Demonstrate interest in capital markets development, financial literacy, or regulatory work.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be willing to volunteer in assigned counties to support CMA’s outreach and awareness programs.
• Show professionalism, integrity, and ability to work with diverse communities.
• Prior experience in financial services, education, or community engagement is an added advantage.
