Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (role dependent).
• Possess relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, laboratory analysis, HR, or accounts.
• Have good knowledge of WHO cGMP, quality management systems, and pharmaceutical regulatory standards (for QA/QC/Microbiology roles).
• Demonstrate strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Be detail-oriented, accurate, and quality-focused.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit high levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Be able to work effectively in a regulated and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
