Description:

We are currently hiring a motivated and detail-focused Reservations Officer to join our tourism operations team in Dubai. This role is well-suited for candidates with strong destination knowledge of the UAE and hands-on experience managing reservations within a Destination Management Company (DMC).

The ideal candidate should be confident handling holiday packages, reservations, and quotations while working closely with internal teams and international markets.

Key requirements and responsibilities include:

• Strong destination knowledge of the UAE, including attractions, tours, and excursions
• Practical understanding of UAE holiday packages, reservation procedures, and quotation preparation
• Experience and knowledge of Central and Eastern European markets as well as CIS markets, including their reservation workflows
• Proficiency in booking systems, general IT skills, and MS Excel
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar reservations role within a Dubai-based DMC
• Ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
