We’re Hiring | Business Setup Advisor – Abu Dhabi


We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is suited for professionals with hands-on backend experience in government processing and end-to-end business setup services, rather than front-line inquiry handling.

The role requires strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi mainland and free zone company formation, along with proven expertise in immigration, labor, and legal documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle company formation processes for Abu Dhabi mainland and free zones, including new licenses, renewals, amendments, and transfers
• Manage immigration and labor-related procedures such as work permits, labor cards, renewals, and cancellations
• Process family, investor, golden, employment, and partner visas
• Execute TAMM services and complete transactions across relevant government portals
• Manage ADJD-related tasks including MOA drafting, POA attestation, and document legalization
• Coordinate with government departments, embassies, and consulates
• Perform accurate Arabic and English typing for legal and government documentation
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and business setup requirements

Job Requirements:


• Minimum 2 years of PRO or government liaison experience in Abu Dhabi
• Mandatory experience with Abu Dhabi mainland and free zone business setup
• Strong working knowledge of TAMM, MOHRE (Tas-heel/Tadbeer), Immigration portals, ADJD, and related systems
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Must currently reside in Abu Dhabi
• UAE driving license is preferred

Additional Details:


• Incentives applicable after 6 months
• Probation period: 6 months

Salary: 4000 - 5000 AED
