HIRING: QA/QC ENGINEER

Water Seal is currently looking to hire a competent and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to support its construction projects across the UAE and GCC region. This role is suitable for professionals with hands-on site experience and a solid understanding of quality control procedures within the construction industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering
• At least 2 years of proven construction experience within the UAE or GCC
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, inspection processes, and documentation
• Ability to monitor quality compliance on-site and coordinate with project teams
• Familiarity with construction materials, workmanship standards, and reporting procedures
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers and site staff
