An established facilities management organization is seeking an experienced FM Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi. This role is suited for professionals with hands-on exposure to facilities operations and strong site coordination abilities within the UAE market.

Key Requirements:

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification
• Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and building services
• Practical experience managing day-to-day facilities management operations
• Ability to supervise technical teams and coordinate site activities effectively
• Experience handling both residential and commercial properties
• Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service quality, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to meet operational standards across assigned properties.
