The organization is currently seeking experienced and motivated hospitality professionals to fill the roles of Cafeteria Supervisor and Steward Supervisor in Abu Dhabi. These positions are based within staff accommodation facilities and require hands-on leadership, strong operational knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.

Both roles are ideal for candidates with a solid background in hospitality operations who are comfortable managing teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment.

Cafeteria Supervisor – Staff Accommodation Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cafeteria operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
• Manage staff duty rosters, attendance, and inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth cafeteria operations at all times

Steward Supervisor – Staff Accommodation Responsibilities:

• Supervise stewarding team and daily stewarding operations
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Maintain HACCP compliance and overall hygiene standards
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and food and beverage teams to support operations
