Plus UAE is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Cum Sales Associate to manage daily accounting operations, receivables, client communication, and sales coordination through our CMS. This is a key office-based role requiring strong accounting discipline, professional client handling, and consistent sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily closing of accounts (bank, card transactions, income, and expenses).
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections with zero delays.
• Maintain accurate records and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Handle client communication professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Support sales activities, including follow-ups, quotations, and coordination.
• Update and manage client, sales, and payment data in the CMS.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and pending client responses.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting and receivables management.
• Strong computer skills and experience using CMS or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines.
• Prior experience in accounts, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
