The Key Account Manager Executive will have full ownership of Fast Choice Limited’s customer relationships and business growth in the Coast Region. The role is primarily sales-driven (80%), focusing on business development, key account management and revenue growth, while also supporting order coordination and collections (20%) to ensure seamless execution and cash flow.
This role requires a highly independent, commercially minded professional capable of managing regional clients, stakeholders and internal coordination with Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development – 80%
- Business Development & Market Expansion
- Act as the primary Fast Choice Limited representative in the Coast Region
- Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across public and private sectors
- Build, maintain and grow strategic relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors and institutions
- Lead strategic stakeholder engagement initiatives to position the company for upcoming opportunities
- Manage prequalifications, tenders, RFQs and proposal submissions from initiation to submission
- Develop and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline, providing regular updates to Head Office
Sales & Key Account Management (End-to-End Sales Cycle Ownership)
- Drive revenue growth for assigned key and strategic accounts
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including:
- Lead and opportunity identification
- Client engagement and needs assessment
- Quotation preparation and submission
- Negotiation and deal closure
- Prepare, submit and follow up on quotations, negotiations and contracts to closure
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues to protect and grow accounts
- Ensure accurate, timely and compliant preparation of all sales-related documentation
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports covering:
- Sales pipeline status and closures
- Client engagements and follow-ups
- Regional business opportunities and forecasts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and customer data
- Track conversion rates, sales cycle timelines and pipeline movement
Order Coordination & Debt Collection – 20%4. Order Coordination & Delivery Oversight
- Coordinate order processing following successful deal closure
- Liaise with Operations, Logistics and Production teams to ensure timely execution
- Track delivery schedules, installations and project handovers
- Conduct site visits and inspections where required
- Resolve site-level, delivery or execution issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
Collections & Revenue Assurance
- Support and follow up on collections for all Coast Region accounts
- Ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time
- Follow up payments in line with agreed credit terms
- Escalate overdue accounts to Head Office in accordance with company policy
- Provide weekly collections updates and aging reports
Qualifications & Experience Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in business development, sales or regional operations
- Proven experience handling end-to-end sales cycles, including follow up, selling and collections
- Experience working with government, institutions, contractors or large corporate clients is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics in the Coast Region
