Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Possess a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (an added advantage).
• Have strong experience in banking, sector-focused lending, relationship management, partnerships, or portfolio growth.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of the assigned sector (Youth, Agriculture, Healthcare, Education, Energy, NGOs, FMCG, etc.).
• Exhibit excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Possess strong analytical, credit assessment, and risk management capabilities.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
