What we are building
- We are building a platform that supports the entire logistics stack for transporters and shippers: real-time dispatching, shipment tracking, route optimization, and operational visibility across fleets. Our service combines robust operations with technology that allows our customers to move goods faster, more transparently, and with fewer headaches.

- We are looking for a Sales Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will work hands-on with clients and help shape a scalable sales engine. This role is ideal for someone who has already excelled in startup or scale-up sales environments.
What you will do
- Grow Senga’s sales efforts across multiple customer segments (SME, Enterprise)
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from outreach, lead qualification, and pitching, to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and clear communication
- Work closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update CRM tools to track pipeline and performance
- Drive customer satisfaction through strong relationships, clear communication, and thoughtful follow-through
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
- Contribute to the voice of the customer internally ensuring customer needs inform product and service delivery
What we are looking for
- 4+ years in sales or business development, with experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Experience in logistics, retail, supply chain, software, or services preferred
- Experience building or leading a sales team in a startup or growth-stage company
- Experience in creating a repeatable and scalable sales process
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using sales metrics to inform strategy
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
- High integrity, ownership mentality, and a “get-it-done” attitude
