Description:
We are seeking a motivated Import Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Dubai Industrial City. This role is suitable for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the logistics and supply chain field. The ideal candidate will support the smooth coordination of import operations, liaise with suppliers, and assist internal teams in purchasing and logistics tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import shipments and manage related documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery
• Assist with purchasing activities and follow-ups with suppliers
• Prepare and check invoices and handle basic documentation
• Support internal teams to ensure seamless logistics and purchasing operations

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong initiative
• Quick learner, willing to undergo training and grow within the role
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
