A growing real estate firm based in Dubai is actively looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Property Consultant to join its team at The Exchange Tower, Business Bay. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn highly competitive commissions of up to 75% on closed deals.

About the Role

As a Property Consultant, you will support clients throughout the buying, selling, and renting process while delivering professional guidance and excellent service. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable property options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their property requirements and investment goals
• Source, list, and promote properties to prospective buyers and tenants using multiple marketing channels
• Carry out market research to advise clients on accurate property pricing and current market trends
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing clear and detailed property information
• Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favorable outcomes
• Prepare, review, and manage all documentation related to property transactions
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and applicable real estate regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire property transaction journey

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous real estate experience is an advantage but not a strict requirement
• Strong interest in property sales and a willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and successfully close deals
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple listings and clients
• Familiarity with real estate software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
