Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support development and execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plans. 
  • Assist in managing end-to-end product innovation, packaging updates, and reformulations. 
  • Track brand performance through market data, sales reports, and consumer insights. 
  • Coordinate brand ATL & BTL marketing activities in collaboration with internal teams & agencies.
  • Work closely with sales, trade marketing, R&D, and production teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage brand budgets, timelines, and agency relationships.
  • Support brand visibility initiatives and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Atleast 5 years work experience with 3 years' in brand management.
  • Must have experience in personal care or beauty.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and sales data. Creative thinker with a passion for brand building.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Project management and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools & Power BI is a plus.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
