To lead the digital narrative of City Walk LTD by developing and executing a highly creative, innovative, and data-informed content strategy. This role is responsible for harnessing both artistic vision and Al-powered tools to create compelling multimedia content that elevates brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports sales objectives across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Al-Enhanced Content Creation & Strategy
- Leverage Al tools to ideate, develop, write, and edit high-impact content for social media.
- Produce a diverse range of original multimedia content.
- Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content.
Social Media Management & Engagement
- Develop and manage the content calendar and daily publishing for all social media platforms.
- Monitor social trends, audience interactions, and competitor activity to proactively inform content strategy.
- Social Media community management.
Creative Design & Brand Stewardship
- Design visually stunning promotional materials for both digital and physical spaces.
- Ensure consistency of the brand's visual identity and tone.
Campaign Execution & Performance Analysis
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute innovative digital campaigns.
- Track, analyse, and report on content and campaign performance metrics (and influencer ROI).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a content creation or social media management role with a strong portfolio.
- High proficiency in graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), video editing software, and a demonstrated interest in leveraging Al content tools.
- An exceptional eye for design, aesthetics, and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
