Job Description
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and strengthen Investments’ brand positioning.
Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and high performance.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage external brokers and agents to maximize reach, productivity, and sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, corporate partners, investors, brokers, and the diaspora community.
Drive new business development through strategic networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies and product positioning.
Conduct sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and development teams to implement effective campaigns and property promotion strategies.
Lead client presentations, property viewings, and negotiation processes while ensuring alignment with premium brand standards.
Design and implement incentive programs for brokers and sales staff to enhance motivation and productivity.
Optimize CRM strategies and sales processes to improve lead management, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and corporate forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Resolve escalated client issues promptly, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across property portfolio.
Stay informed on regulatory, market, and economic developments affecting real estate sales and advise management on strategic responses.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Experience: 7–10 years in real estate sales, with strong experience in off-plan projects.
Networking: Established relationships with local brokers, developers, banks, corporate clients, investors, and diaspora clients.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Nairobi’s real estate market.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to manage and motivate teams and broker networks.
Commercial Acumen: Highly proactive, results-oriented, and business-savvy.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or advanced qualifications advantageous.
