We are Real Estate Developer in Dubai, looking for a skilled and experienced Escrow Accountant to join our accounts team Immediately. He/She must have minimum 3 years working experience with UAE Real Estate Developer.

Skills Required:

• Managing Escrow accounts, investor funds allocation / reconciliation of payment plan etc.(Must)
• Proficient user of DLD portal TAS, Naqoodi, Oqood (Must).
• Ensure TAS (Trust Accounting System) is updated regularly, and periodic reconciliation are conducted with the bank balances.
• Ensure Escrow Account management in compliance with RERA regulation and periodic RERA audit.
• Excellent knowledge about the rules and regulations relating to ESCROW Account.
• Must familier with all activities related to the sale/purchase of properties (issuing SPA, payment plan etc).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software, working on PACT Revenue software and EPMS would be considered first.
• Excellent working experience in AP/AR, managing all accounting transactions.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new software and technology advancements.
• Can join immediately.

Minimum Qualification Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or ACCA (MOFA UAE Attested Degree)

Minimum Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience with UAE Real Estate Developer Company.

Working hours

9 AM – 6.30 PM - Monday to Friday

Location: Marina Plaza, Dubai Marina

Age: 25 Yrs to 30 Yrs

Salary: AED 8K – 10K, depending on relevant experience and qualification
