We are hiring an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives within airline operations for a client based in Dubai. This onsite role is suited for a senior professional with deep domain knowledge in airline operational systems and proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level IT programs. The position involves close coordination with vendors, stakeholders, and internal leadership to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large IT programs supporting airline operations, including Network Planning, Flight Operations, Crew Operations, and Operations Control.
• Oversee complex vendor-driven enterprise solution implementations.
• Apply strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Manage RFP processes, project risks, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT execution across airline systems.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven hands-on experience within airline operations domain.
