Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to oversee, maintain, and support the IT infrastructure of Alpha Debts Collection. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system administration, networking, and providing technical support to end users. This role is critical in ensuring smooth IT operations, minimal downtime, and secure, efficient technology systems throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and overall IT infrastructure.
• Configure and support Windows OS, Active Directory, and manage user access rights.
• Monitor network performance, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Oversee IT security, antivirus solutions, backups, and system updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
• Manage email systems, domain management, and cloud services, with preference for Microsoft 365.
• Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, asset records, and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT administration or IT support roles.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and firewall management.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methods.
• Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with backup solutions.
• Familiarity with IT security tools and company IT policies.
