Description:
Suiteable Holiday Homes is currently hiring a Guest Relations Agent to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is focused on ensuring smooth guest operations and delivering outstanding experiences across premium holiday homes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily guest interactions, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining high service standards throughout the guest journey. This is an in-office role based in Dubai and requires flexibility and professionalism.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or customer service
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional attitude with a guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to work flexibly for 6 days per week
