Minimum Requirements (Likely)
IT Project Manager
•     Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
•     Proven experience managing software development or QA projects.
•     Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies.
Scrum Master
•     Certification in Scrum/Agile (CSM, PSM).
•     Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting development teams.
•     Strong communication and coaching skills.
DevOps Engineer
•     Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and automation tools.
•     Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
•     Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Backend Engineer (Node.js / TypeScript)
•     Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and backend frameworks.
•     Experience with REST APIs, databases, and scalable architectures.
•     Familiarity with version control and Agile development.
Functional / Integration QA Engineer
•     Experience in software testing, test case design, and integration testing.
•     Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies.
•     Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Functional Test Analyst
•     Experience in functional testing, requirements analysis, and test execution.
•     Ability to work closely with developers and business teams.
•     Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
