Al Khoory Hotels is expanding its culinary team in Dubai and is currently seeking skilled and passionate professionals for the role of Chef De Partie (Continental & Cold Kitchen). This opportunity is ideal for chefs who are dedicated to delivering high-quality cuisine and maintaining excellent kitchen standards within a fast-paced hotel environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing assigned kitchen sections, supporting daily food preparation, and ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene. Strong teamwork and a positive attitude are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Requirements & Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience working with multiple cuisines, particularly Continental and Cold Kitchen
• Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high kitchen standards
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
