Registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
Valid Practicing License
Minimum of three (3) years post-specialization experience

Strong negotiation and ICT skills
Must meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya
Demonstrable professional competence and administrative ability
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and design high-quality, cuisine-appropriate menus
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and approved suppliers
Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff
Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability
Introduce new culinary trends and techniques
Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field
HACCP and FSMS certification
Minimum of five (5) years experience in professional kitchens
Previous leadership experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and bookings
Manage digital, print, and social media marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
Manage marketing budgets and stakeholder relationships
Oversee SEO, website updates, and online booking platforms
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
Master’s Degree is an added advantage
Knowledge of Opera and Oracle Hospitality Suite 8
Proven experience in hospitality marketing and team leadership
Professional marketing certifications
Other Requirements
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CMS, MS Office, and Adobe software
