Overseeing manufacturing operations by managing factory planning, workflow, and output, while ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.
Controlling manufacturing costs and investments by optimizing production costs, lead times, and material usage, and approving capital expenditure on machinery and tooling.
Aligning manufacturing output with site and project schedules to ensure seamless delivery from factory to installation and minimize delays.
Overseeing site and construction operations, providing leadership on execution and resolving major site issues and escalations as they arise.
