Job Description
- Experience- 7+ years
- Industry Preferred- Real Estate
- Qualification- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise junior accounting staff
- Handle project-wise accounting for real estate developments
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation, and project profitability analysis
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, returns, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and collections
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and balance confirmations
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
- Liaise with consultants, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory laws
- Support cash flow management and fund planning
- Maintain proper documentation for agreements, invoices, and statutory records
