Job Opening: Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing vision of an exciting leisure destination in Ajman. This role is ideal for someone who understands entertainment and hospitality marketing, thrives on innovation, and knows how to turn ideas into measurable results.

The successful candidate will play a key role in brand building, campaign execution, digital growth, and customer engagement, driving awareness and footfall for the waterpark.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, visitation, and revenue
• Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, launches, events, and promotions
• Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, paid ads, influencers, email campaigns, and website content
• Lead branding, creative direction, and messaging across all platforms
• Collaborate closely with Sales on promotions, partnerships, group offers, and campaigns
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors
• Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize results
• Prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and guest experiences

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in waterparks, theme parks, hotels, leisure, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
• Proven experience delivering successful, data-driven marketing campaigns
• Excellent creative thinking combined with strong analytical skills
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Willing to work in Ajman
• Solid understanding of the UAE leisure, tourism, and hospitality market
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal, and performance-focused environment
