Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Possess relevant professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CHRP) for applicable roles (an added advantage).
• Have prior experience in hospitality, hotel operations, retail, supermarket management, sales, marketing, or accounting, depending on the role.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills (for managerial roles).
• Possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Be willing to work in Amboseli, Maasai Mara, or Nairobi as applicable.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
