Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items and daily specials, and make recommendations upon request.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests.
- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next guests.
- Process guest bills, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
- Follow all restaurant hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred; however, recent graduates with a degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work and want to work in the bush.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure

- Must be willing to learn.
- Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: KSH 80,000- 100,000 (Approx 929USD)
