Accounts Manager – Accounting Firm

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

About Us

We are a professional accounting and consultancy firm in Dubai, providing clients with high-quality accounting, VAT, and advisory services. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our accounting team, guide junior staff, and ensure timely and accurate client deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide junior accountants in day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Review accounting records, reconciliations, and reports prepared by staff.
• Provide professional advice to clients on UAE VAT compliance and financial matters.
• Oversee the preparation and finalization of Financial Statements (FS) in compliance with IFRS.
• Support and review work related to UAE Corporate Tax (basic advisory and compliance).
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all client deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Monitor deadlines for VAT filing, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Solid knowledge of IFRS, FS preparation, and UAE VAT.
• Understanding of UAE Corporate Tax.
• Strong in MS Excel, with experience in ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent team management, review, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication, client-handling, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and guide junior staff effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum: Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or other recognized professional accounting qualification.
• Practical accounting experience in the UAE is essential.
• Prior experience in an accounting consultancy firm is must.
