Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Have relevant experience in microfinance, lending, sales, or financial services (for Loans Team Leader roles).
• Demonstrate strong leadership, team supervision, and target-driven performance skills (for team leaders).
• Possess good knowledge of loan products, credit appraisal, and customer relationship management.
