City University Ajman is currently looking to hire a qualified and motivated HR Officer to join its Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is confident in managing core HR functions and supporting a diverse academic and administrative workforce.

The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law while contributing to a positive and structured work environment.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proven hands-on experience in an HR role; experience within the education sector is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and UAE Labour Law
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
