We’re Hiring: Operations Coordinator (Tracking)

Safe Way Express Cargo is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator – Tracking to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Track and monitor shipments (Air / Sea / Land)

 - Coordinate with internal teams, agents, and customers

 - Update shipment status and ensure timely follow-ups

 - Handle operational documentation and reporting

 - Resolve tracking-related issues efficiently

Requirements:

 - Fluency in Arabic language is a MUST (spoken & written)

 - Good command of English language 

 - Previous experience in logistics or operations is preferred

 - Strong communication and coordination skills

 - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
