We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer (Arabic Speaker) to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve guest concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate guest records and feedback reports
• Promote company services, facilities, and offers to guests
• Ensure compliance with service quality standards

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front-office roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
