As an Area Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in your assigned area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Work with your manager to maximize business results in your territory.
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team in your assigned area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales, repayment and impact goals
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotions and campaigns to drive sales
- Provide leadership and coaching to sales representatives to ensure they are meeting performance targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in your assigned area
- Participate in target setting, sales forecasting and budgeting processes
- Continuously develop knowledge of the industry and stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry

- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and Sales software
