Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
– Provide product/service information and resolve basic issues
– Escalate complex issues to higher-level support
– Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Key Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum 6 months UAE contact center experience (mandatory for Senior role)
– Experience handling calls, emails, and chat
– Excellent typing proficiency
